Q.Do you offer on-location (travel) services for engagement session ?
A. Yes, we offer on-location services at your preferred location.
Our artists offer same-day on-Location services only to locations within a 90-minute drive.
This policy ensures service quality by considering the artist’s condition and potential travel delays.
Regardless of mileage, locations requiring more than two hours of travel will not be eligible for same-day on-location service and may incur additional fees. For long-distance weddings, please contact Elly directly.
Base Rate for Up to 25 Miles:
The base rate for the first 25 miles (round-trip) is $150.
Additional Mileage Fee:
For distances beyond 25 miles, there is a $2 charge per mile (round-trip).
Example:
If your location is 35 miles away, you’ll be charged $20 for the extra 10 miles (10 miles × $2).
So, the total fee would be $170 ($150 base rate + $20 additional fee).
