Only contracted rates will be honored. Bookings cannot be made without including bridal services. All on-location weddings require a minimum.

Please note:
Trial sessions, engagement services, and travel expenses
(excluding wedding day add-on services) do not count toward the wedding day minimum service requirement.

  • * Rates are subject to change without notice. Only contracted rates will be honored.
  • *Travel fees apply to all on-location services.  Base travel fee: $200. Round-trip mileage is calculated from our studio in Germantown, MD 20874.
  • * An early morning fee may apply for appointments starting before 8:00 AM.

Who Is Eligible for Package Pricing

  • * Wedding package pricing is available exclusively to brides who have completed a trial session or engagement package service.

  • * If these conditions are not met, package pricing will not apply, and services will be charged based on the standard price list.

A. The application typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours for the bride and 45 minutes to 1 hour for each bridesmaid, depending on the chosen styles.

A: Bridal makeup costs more than other services because it requires a high level of customization, skill, and time to ensure that every detail is perfectly applied for your special day. This includes personalized consultations and additional time allocated for makeup and hair on the day of the wedding. We also consider the time spent communicating with the bride via email and phone calls, as well as creating and providing a detailed schedule to ensure everything goes smoothly from the very first item on the wedding timeline.

A. It depends on the size of your wedding party and the morning timeline.
For smaller groups (typically four people or fewer), Lead Artist Elly may provide all services solo. For larger parties or tighter timelines, additional artists can be added to ensure everyone is ready smoothly and on schedule.
If additional artists are needed, their fees will be included as part of the overall minimum.

A. No—trial hair and makeup sessions are booked as separate services and are not included in the wedding day minimum. Trials are designed to help us finalize your look in advance, so you feel fully confident and prepared for the big day.

A. Yes, SAY MAKEUP Artistry requires a minimum booking amount of $2,500 for all weddings during our peak wedding months: April, May, June, September, October, and November. For weddings booked outside the peak season, the minimum reservation amount is $1,500. Please note that If the minimum reservation conditions are not met, on-location (travel) services will not be provided. For weddings scheduled outside these peak months, please feel free to reach out to discuss options that may better fit your needs.

A. Yes, even if the number of people is undecided, you can book to confirm the wedding date. However, the contract includes a minimum reservation requirement of at least $2,500 for all wedding bookings. This means that even if the number of people served on the day of the wedding is less than the minimum, the contractor must agree to pay this minimum amount.

A. Yes! I provide on-location beauty services throughout the DMV area (Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia).
A base travel fee of $200 includes up to 25 miles round-trip from Germantown, MD 20874. For additional mileage beyond 25 miles round-trip, travel is charged at $1.25 per mile each way ($2.50 per additional mile round-trip).

For locations exceeding 100 miles round-trip, long-distance travel rates may apply and may be quoted as a flat travel rate depending on overall drive time and logistics. For extended travel or destination weddings, please contact Elly directly for a customized travel quote.

A.  If the client requires wedding preparations at a hotel, they must provide a Valet Parking Voucher for the day of the event. All tolls, parking, and valet fees incurred during the event will be the client’s responsibility to pay until the end of the services.

A: Yes, Elly has obtained a beauty license in the United States and has extensive experience providing makeup services for clients of various races. We specialize in customized blending makeup to match any skin tone, whether dark or light. Our expertise extends to various skin types, including mature skin, and we are well-versed in working with different hair types as well. 

A. To secure your booking, please start by filling out the contact form on our website so we can understand your needs for the wedding day. If you choose to proceed, we will send you the contract along with a deposit request. Once you complete the contract and submit the deposit, we will provide you with a receipt and a copy of the signed contract from the artist, confirming your booking.
